	November 2009 Carrier Call has joined IBM PartnerWorld as ISV business partner Carrier Call and IBM has started a partnership in the area of bringing the XCarrier platform to a new level of success and customer awareness. The IBM Hardware and Software layer boost the performance and sizing of the XCarrier voice trading platform to next level of performance and reliability. The step to partner with IBM was the logical continuation to bring the best value for the best price to Carrier Call customers. October 2009 Carrier Call has successfully upgraded it's customer base in shortest time to the new  XCarrier Version 4.6 Due it's modular design of the XCarrier application and corresponding modules, the migration of the application was made in shortest time and without any errors nor service interruptions. Customer made during one month a parallel run on the old and new version. Every customer was totally satisfied after the tests and made the migration steps hassle-free and with no interruptions in service and availability. August 2009 Carrier Call has released XCarrier Version 4.6 With the release of XCarrier 4.6, Carrier Call has continued the success story of its international wholesale voice trading platform.
