Martin Christen has a background as senior billing and mediation manager at Colt Telecom for the southern region which included Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Belgium. As the prime responsible person for retail- and wholesale billing, Martin was the driver for the integration and automation of the complex, heterogeneous billing platforms. With a team of skilled developers, he built the first OSS and BSS solution framework for Colt Telecom.
Prior to the management positions at Colt, Martin worked as a management consultant in the telecom sector at ATAG Ernst & Young in Switzerland. Martin holds a master of science in industrial engineering & management from the university for applied sciences in Bern/Switzerland. Martin’s credentials also include a master diploma for software engineering and development from the university for applied sciences in Bern/Switzerland.

Markus Wehinger has a background as Director of IT and Infrastrucutre and member of the executive management team at Colt Telecom Switzerland. In this position, Markus was responsible for telecommunication and IT / IP infrastructure, operations of data and voice network services, IP engineering, the IT department as well as the billing engineering. In addition, Markus took responsibility as IT director for the Colt southern region. Under his leadership, the integration and automation of the complex IP and PSTN based networks were executed.
Prior to Colt, he was the Global IT Director / CIO for The Fantastic Corporation and responsible for the worldwide communication and IT infrastructure. Markus holds several diplomas in IT technology, management, development and security.

Claudia Toth has several years of experience in the telecom business, working as Carrier Relations Manager for the international Carriers Colt Telecom and eTel, as well as International Roaming Manager at ONE in Austria.
In 2000, Claudia started working in the telecommunications sector after graduating from HTL Vienna XXII which included electronic data processing & organization with special focus on commercial data processing. Claudia's ability to listen and understand complex customer and market requirements, combined with her in-depth knowledge and understanding of the complete carrier relation process (purchasing, negotiations, least cost routing, commercial calculations, sales), will support our customers in a successful and fast implementation of even the most complex processes and projects.

Kurt Eggler has extensive experience in software development for telecom related systems.
Kurt has a background as a Senior System Engineer at Colt Telecom Switzerland and was responsible for the operation and extension development of various billing systems and the datawarehouse. On top, Kurt was the driving force for the development of an automation environment in the voice switching application area.
Prior the position at Colt, Kurt was working as a team leader, project manager and software developer for Ericsson. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science of FH Bern/Switzerland in Electrical Engineering.

Peter A. Pircher has held senior management positions in a variety of technology organizations from startups in the US and Europe to Venture Capital Funds. Past positions included VP of R&D and CTO positions for Silicon Valley based technology companies. Peter was instrumental in introducing model driven development methods and tools. In Europe his responsibilities included VP of Technology for a European Venture Fund, Senior VP of Technology and CTO for a publicly held European company and as independent consultant.
Peter has more than 20 years of enterprise technology expertise, proven management skills and an extensive sector network. Having worked in pre-and post IPO companies and venture funds make Peter well positioned to advice Carrier Call in technology and business strategies and implementations.
Besides numerous articles on software development methods and processes, Peter also co-authored a book on data broadcasting. Peter received a PhD in computer science and a MS in mathematics from the university of Zurich and was a research fellow at the university of California in San Francisco.
