    Carrier Call provides an easy-to-use web based trouble ticket system for its customers to report issues and access operation guides 7x24. This allows our customers to be notified and gain access to updates in real time, enhancing communication and allowing for quick resolution on any issues. Carrier Call's Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) works as an interface of the different internal parts of the Carrier Call organization. The aim is to streamline the communication for issue/problem resolution and drive product improvement for the customers.

upc cablecom business

upc cablecom is the largest cable network operator in Switzerland. The company is a subsidiary of Liberty Global (LGI) and in 2011 it achieved a turnover of over CHF 1.1 billion.upc cablecom’s own network connects over 2 million households and covers all the major Swiss cities. Today the services of upc cablecom are available via the cable network, which now covers approximately 70 per cent of Switzerland. Via a permanently installed cable connection in their homes, residential customers in the relevant catchment area can obtain from upc cablecom up to 180 digital TV programmes, Internet with maximum bandwidth (100 Mbit/s) and also affordable telephony services.
