XCarrier is available to all interested customers as a dedicated and generic big data solution platform in the cloud or on-prem.

XCarrier Cloud is the first platform on the market to provide solutions for small and medium-sized service providers or those switching to the cloud with the complete feature set. It offers the same security as other forms of installation. Cloud implementation enables a new dynamization of interactions for and with customers. Fully digitalized processes can be implemented with XCarrier. XCarrier Cloud can also be used as a hybrid form to pilot development environments in the cloud and use on-prem as a production platform.

XCarrier On-Prem is the installation option for large service providers who prefer an on-premise installation to a cloud installation. The feature set is identical to XCarrier Cloud. Carrier Call is the first company to provide a digital support system for the wholesale voice business both as cloud and on-prem to its customers.
